You’re navigating Church requirements, liturgical flow, parish approvals, and the sacredness of the Mass while also hosting the biggest celebration of your life.

That’s where we come in.

At White Lily Weddings, we don’t just “show up on the day.” Our coordinators are trained in both Catholic liturgy and wedding logistics, so nothing gets lost in translation between the altar and the reception hall. From making sure your lector has the right reading to cueing your first dance, we bridge the sacred and the celebratory seamlessly.

Because your wedding deserves more than a generic coordinator, it deserves a team that understands the sacrament and the celebration.

Planning a Catholic wedding is more than booking a DJ and setting a timeline.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Because planning a Catholic wedding is different, and you deserve clarity at every step.

Q. What makes White Lily Weddings different from other wedding coordinators?

Most coordinators are great at receptions but don’t know the ins and outs of Catholic liturgy. We specialize in both, making sure your parish requirements are handled, your Mass runs smoothly, and your celebration flows seamlessly afterward.

Q. Do you only coordinate Catholic weddings?

Yes, it’s our specialty. While 95% of what we do could apply to any wedding, our focus is helping Catholic couples honor the sacrament and enjoy the celebration.

Parish coordinators are wonderful, but their role is usually limited to the liturgy. We complement them by managing everything else - vendors, timelines, family logistics, and the flow between Mass and reception.

Q. What if my parish already has a wedding coordinator?

Most couples book us 6–12 months out, but if your date is coming up quickly, reach out! If we have availability, we’ll make it happen.

Q. How far in advance should we book coordination?

We serve couples nationwide. If you're not in Milwaukee, reach out, we may still be able to help.

Q. Do you travel or only serve locally?

Not exactly. Full-service planning means we're involved from the very beginning helping you choose vendors, manage your budget, and handle every detail along the way. Coordination is more hands-off on our end until it's time to bring everything together. If you feel like you need more support than coordination alone, just reach out and we'll see what we can do!

Q. Is coordination the same thing as full service planning?

If you're into Catholic wedding planning tips, money saving hacks, and marriage encouragement, you've come to the right place.
